MAPP has saved it’s clients £1.1m in utility costs since the start of the pandemic.

A welcome saving in these challenging and uncertain times and when service charge costs are under pressure. That's an average of 4-5% saved on every building.

Our sustainability team led by Rowan Packer understood how COVID-19 presented opportunities to save on commodities like water, electricity and gas.

Rowan and the team negotiated with our utility suppliers after monitoring and taking advantage of the steep dip in market prices.

In addition

  • The majority of our clients will not pay security deposits, freeing up their cash for their business needs.
  • 100% of all electricity consumed on all of our managed buildings now comes from renewable sources
  • Our end to end processes are digital and therefore accurate, auditable and optimised for transparency and accountability.
