Mumbi joined MAPP in March 2019 in a new and exciting role as ‘Chief Welcome Officer’. Mumbi, along with Polly and the rest of the MAPP team, revive and bring a new lease of life to our managed properties.

Mumbi mainly focuses on creating a great front of house experience, vibrant services and amenities and lively and engaging local communities. With 10 years’ customer-orientated experience, and her ability to bring communities together, she is an irreplaceable member of the team.

Mumbi likes to participate in theatre and films in her spare time. An avid Thespian, she never misses the chance to show off her skills, whether it be on stage or at work.
