Frasers Property UK has introduced its first managed lease solution at Winnersh Triangle, delivered in partnership with managed workspace operator RE-DEFINED to offer flexible and bespoke workspace solutions. The all-inclusive model blends the security of a traditional lease with the convenience of a managed workspace, offering occupiers greater flexibility, agility and end-to-end support for all their needs.
The partnership reflects Frasers Property UK’s commitment to evolving its leasing offer and meeting growing demand for agile, ready-to-occupy space within a high-quality workplace environment. The managed solution can be made available across multiple buildings at Winnersh Triangle, providing scalable, bespoke workspace solutions for businesses of all sizes.
Forcepoint, a global leader in data-first cybersecurity, is the first occupier to take space under this new model. Founded in 1994 and trusted by governments and global enterprises, the company has relocated to a 6,000 sq ft managed workspace in Building 1020 under a 5-year lease, joining Winnersh Triangle’s thriving community of technology, data and science-led businesses.
