Who we work with

We work with people who want to do things differently, and do them brilliantly.

From investors and developers to asset managers, our clients are reshaping commercial real estate for the better. We support them through a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to operational real estate, bringing together in-house expertise and trusted partners across ESG, engineering, technology and placemaking.

Whatever the brief, we bring the right specialists together – aligning property management, sustainability and operational insight to meet today’s challenges and plan confidently for what’s next.

We know when to bring in the right people, and we work with the best. Real estate has many moving parts, and we don’t pretend to do it all alone. We collaborate with a trusted network of specialists, from technology experts to creative thinkers, helping us solve problems, uncover opportunities and keep commercial real estate operations running smoothly for clients and occupiers alike.

We work closely with Locale across a number of managed properties, using their occupier portals to enhance the day-to-day experience. Together, we developed the MAPP Hub – an entry-level occupier portal that provides easy access to essential building information and services.

Our partnership with Demand Logic enables us to use real-time building performance data to reduce plant maintenance time, deliver measurable cost savings and optimise workplace environments, improving occupier satisfaction and returns.

WiredScore helps occupiers understand a building’s digital connectivity, from internet service provider choice to mobile coverage strength. The accreditation reinforces the importance of continued investment in communications infrastructure alongside fabric and plant.

Through automated dashboards and live reporting, InvestorFlow provides transparency and insight, giving clients real-time access to portfolio, property and occupier data.

MAPP founded the BBP Managing Agents Partnership and has sat on the board since its formation in 2015, supporting collaboration, shared learning and higher standards across the property management industry.

Our corporate membership of IWFM helps us stay ahead of industry change, creating opportunities for collaboration and informed discussion around the future of facilities management.

We support Real Estate Balance in championing inclusion and equity across the real estate sector, helping foster cultures where people are valued for their contribution.

We partner with Resurgo, a leading UK charity addressing youth unemployment, to help young people build long-term, meaningful careers.

Since 2019, we’ve worked with S2 to develop and trial new capabilities within the RiskWise platform – a cloud-based risk management system used across our managed portfolio.

D2E provides vertical transportation consultancy and audits, supporting compliance, availability and long-term life cycle planning for lifts and escalators.

The Gerald Honey Partnership works alongside MAPP to manage and maintain vertical transportation assets to the highest standards, supporting both short and long-term performance.
