We analyse all relevant building information to develop tailored mobilisation strategies, ensuring a smooth transition into operation while minimising day-two costs and disruption.
Fit-out guide
We produce building-specific fit-out guides to protect asset integrity, align occupier expectations and reduce the risk of disputes during leasing.
Indicative service charge budget
Working with specialist partners, we prepare accurate indicative service charge and set-up budgets informed by design reviews and leasing assumptions.
Indicative set-up budget
We outline non-recoverable landlord costs such as staffing, equipment and third-party services to ensure scope gaps are identified and covered ahead of practical completion.
Occupier handbook & operational support
We develop detailed occupier handbooks outlining building operations and responsibilities, aligned with the asset’s long-term management strategy.
WELL support
We provide end-to-end support for WELL certification, from strategy and policy development through to implementation and ongoing operational compliance.
