Elephant is a complex redevelopment of a former department store into a mixed-use scheme incorporating office space, retail, gym facilities and rooftop dining. The client required operational foresight to inform design, leasing strategy and future property management.
The MAPP approach
Since 2020, MAPP has provided consultancy support, including service charge budgeting, fit-out strategy, health and safety planning, design optimisation and long-term management planning. We led detailed workshops with design and leasing teams to ensure operational feasibility and financial clarity.
The impact
Our input helped optimise building layouts, address service charge considerations and enhance occupier amenities. As the scheme approaches completion, MAPP continues to support mobilisation and handover to ensure a smooth operational launch.
