Managing complexity across a mixed-use estate
Marble Arch Place, Almacantar/ARA Dunedin
Marble Arch Place is a complex mixed-use estate comprising super-prime residential, office, retail and public realm elements. MAPP was appointed four years prior to completion to develop a robust management strategy and ensure seamless mobilisation.
The MAPP approach
We delivered design-for-management consultancy, supported service partner procurement and provided full operational mobilisation. Following the sale of one building, we also managed the transition of property management responsibilities to ensure continuity.
The impact
The scheme launched successfully and is now fully let. MAPP continues to manage the estate across both commercial property and residential elements, supporting operational performance and service excellence for both original and new ownership structures.
Mobilising a development of this scale required close collaboration across multiple disciplines and stakeholders. By working as one team, we created a seamless transition from construction to operation while maintaining a consistent focus on occupier experience and long-term asset performance.
