Investment boost to MAPP’s Facilities Management (FM) team with new hires
MAPP kickstarts the new year with three significant hires within its FM leadership team as part of its evolving strategy.
Daniel joins MAPP as Head of Building Transitioning, a new role focused on the onboarding and offboarding processes of MAPP-managed properties. Through this function, which is an extension of MAPP’s world-class Facility Management service line, MAPP will be able to deliver an optimised, elevated transition and benefits earlier in the onboarding process. Daniel will lay the groundwork for MAPP-managed buildings to adhere to a new ‘ready for sale’ standard, decreasing the time required for transactions.
With over a decade of experience in the property sector, Daniel has a proven track record in delivering and implementing world-class Facilities and HSE services across a range of UK and European portfolios for such clients as Pearson PLC, Gieves & Hawkes, Kent & Curwen.
Ceri-Ann, joins MAPP as Head of Facilities Management Building Standards & Reporting. In this new role, Ceri-Ann will be responsible for the strategy & deployment of MAPP’s Facilities Management standards, auditing and reporting across our portfolio. Ceri-Ann will oversee MAPP’s existing processes and systems to ensure their alignment with our customers’ expectations. She will reinforce the standards necessary for a solid V1 foundation — outstanding property Management — from which our V2, V3 services can build upon, delivering the building blocks for an excellent service.
Ceri-Ann joins MAPP from Barclays where she was the Global H&S Programme Lead, VP responsible for overseeing the transformation of H&S and the learning and development (L&D) of global teams.
She brings a wealth of experience with over 35 years in the HSE industry working for organisations including local authority consultancies and real estate companies.
Lastly, MAPP welcomes Ben Hughes as Head of Building Technology, a commercial appointment that further strengthens MAPP’s market-leading FM team. Ben’s role will focus on the digitalisation of MAPP’s portfolio, further integrating technology with existing structures by reviewing the digital requirements of client portfolios to achieve operational excellence.
He will ensure efficient utilisation of any technology currently in place at the property, and across any connected assets. Furthermore, where opportunities for improved technologies are present, he will liaise with landlords to future-proof assets.
Ben has over 20 years experience within the Property Industry and a strong track record in delivering excellent IT support services across a range of different landlord portfolios for a wide variety of clients.
