MAPP secures agreement to manage office portfolio within The Portman Estate

MAPP is pleased to announce that we have been appointed on a large instruction of office buildings within The Portman Estate, the 110-acre business, retail and residential community located in Marylebone, just north of Hyde Park, in Central London. 

MAPP will be providing our suite of integrated property management services across 26 properties on the Estate, totalling over 310,000 sq ft. The remit encompasses facilities management, ESG consultancy, building consultancy and technology services to maximise the value of the location and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Estate to meet occupier expectations. 

Famed for its iconic Georgian architecture and vibrant community comprising offices, restaurants, cafes, bars, high-quality retailers and residential accommodation, The Portman Estate is one of London’s most popular and historic districts.

In addition to the geographical synergy, with MAPP’s London head office in nearby Fitzrovia, both organisations share the distinction of B Corp status, testimony to their commitment to upholding the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

MAPP currently manages around £30bn of commercial property across circa 900 buildings throughout the UK for a variety of funds, REITs and other real estate investors.
