MAPP named top employer at two major industry awards

This month, MAPP took home two of the most prestigious awards for employers in our industry. On 12th November, we were named ESG Employer of the Year at Property Week’s inaugural ESG Edge Awards. An EG Employer Award followed on 21st November.

This recognition capped off a successful year for MAPP, with our nationwide team winning four major awards. Judges cited our new ‘Future Shapers’ groups, our employee voice forum, through which around 100 people have developed and implemented a number of service improvements and sustainability initiatives. These include a comprehensive business travel survey and a recycling awareness campaign, which confirmed that we achieved our goal of sending zero waste to landfill.

We also revamped our engagement surveys this year to more accurately capture how our colleagues are feeling. The results have been very encouraging; 91% recommend MAPP as a great place to work.
