The Portman Estate teams up with RE-DEFINED to launch Portman WorkWell

The Portman Estate has announced the launch of Portman WorkWell, its new managed workspace brand, to offer customisable flex workspace for scaling businesses or those needing additional space on flexible terms.

Portman WorkWell will be managed by flex operating partner RE-DEFINED, a MAPP company, who will deliver services spanning financial and operational management, on-site community support and a suite of amenities with a view to delivering a complete occupier experience.  

As its first step towards broader expansion across The Portman Estate, Portman WorkWell will offer 7,855 sq ft of fully managed and furnished office space at 29 Gloucester Place, providing high-specification workspace for up to 11 businesses. Each business will benefit from the presence of a dedicated Community Manager to deliver seamless, tailored support – from connectivity and facilities to guest management, refreshments and daily essentials. Every workspace is built around the customers’ unique needs, with thoughtful touches and flexible services that bring their vision to life and elevate the everyday workplace environment.
