MAPP secures mandate with the Haberdashers’ Company for landmark London retail and office portfolio
Leading commercial property management firm MAPP has been appointed by the Haberdashers’ Company, one of the City of London’s historic livery companies, to provide property and facilities management services across a retail and office portfolio in central London.
Under the appointment, MAPP will deliver a high-end, best value holistic suite of property management services focused on optimising asset and commercial performance, operational efficiency and occupier experience. The integrated service will bring together specialist teams spanning property and facilities management, occupier engagement, accounting, community-building initiatives, building consultancy and technology solutions.
The appointment also reflects a strong alignment of values between MAPP and the Haberdashers’ Company, a modern philanthropic organisation with more than 1,000 members. Last year, the Haberdashers’ Company distributed over £5.6 million to support its charitable purpose of empowering young people from all backgrounds through its schools and community partnerships across the UK.
The instruction covers a range of prominent assets including a freehold interest in Gresham Street near St Paul’s, retail units on West Smithfield close to the historic market, and 25–27 Hosier Lane in Farringdon, a 20,000 sq ft office building currently undergoing a high quality refurbishment and due for completion in Q3 2026.
The portfolio includes a diverse retail mix, from a nursery to premium food operators, alongside modern office accommodation in a prime Smithfield location. MAPP is also providing consultancy and mobilisation services on the Hosier Lane scheme, supporting on technology integration, building management systems, data optimisation and occupier portal functionality to enhance transparency and occupier engagement. Farebrother are appointed as Development advisors and Leasing agents.
Upon completion of 25–27 Hosier Lane, MAPP will establish a dedicated onsite team including a building manager, guest experience manager and events lead. This team will deliver a highly visible, relationship-led management approach, supporting day-to-day operations while enhancing occupier experience and long-term asset performance.

The mandate marks MAPP’s continued growth within the Livery Company sector, following its mandate with the Girdlers’ Company in 2025, and highlights its expertise in managing complex, mixed-use and heritage assets.
