Building Consultancy by MAPP LLP established as specialist new practice
Alex Herrmann promoted to Equity Partner to lead new building consultancy platform
This specialist practice is led by Alex Herrmann, who has led the building consultancy team within MAPP through considerable growth for over three years, and with the inception of Building Consultancy by MAPP, becomes an Equity Partner in the business.
The team practice will remain closely aligned with MAPP.
Providing MAPP’s portfolio clients with an ‘in-house’ Building Consultancy service as an extension of the property management service, but also increasingly seeking and winning separate mandates across the UK served by an experienced team based in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Bristol.
