Frasers Property UK sought to diversify its leasing strategy at Winnersh Triangle by introducing managed workspace to meet growing occupier demand for flexible office solutions.
The MAPP approach
Together, RE-DEFINED launched a new managed workspace offer, with Frasers and the reattained agent to secure Forcepoint as the first occupier, with a 6,127 sq ft coventional lease and an occupier managed services agreement. The solution provided a turnkey, service-supported office within a traditional commercial leasing structure.
The impact
The managed workspace model broadened the estate’s appeal to technology and growth-focused occupiers, strengthening market-positioning and diversifying income streams within a competitive office market.
