MAPP appoints industry leader Lynne Keenan as Head of MAPP’s Scottish Property Management business and its Glasgow office.

Lynne Keenan joins the senior management team — as Executive Director and will oversee the entire property management service in Scotland.

Lynne brings a wealth of real estate experience spanning over three decades. In her role, Lynne will be driving the business forward in Scotland, and overseeing the management of the ex-Intu premier leisure scheme XSite, Braehead; Wellgate Shopping Centre, Dundee and Westhill Shopping Centre, near Aberdeen amongst other properties.

Lynne joins us from CBRE where she had a similar role as Head of Property Management Scotland. Before that she had a substantial spell at Cushman & Wakefield managing a number of high profile properties north of the border.

Nigel Mapp on Lynne’s recent appointment:

“MAPP has always managed a large portfolio of properties in Scotland, but has largely done that using a mixture of local Facilities Managers, a strong site team and Surveyor support from Manchester or Newcastle. We have long wanted to create a regional hub in Scotland and the appointment of Lynne allows us to do that, to build a great team around her and to create critical mass just like we have done in Birmingham, Manchester and Bristol and hope to do in Newcastle.”
