MAPP welcomes Tim Saunders as Non-Executive Chair

MAPP is delighted to announce the appointment of Tim Saunders as Non-Executive Chair,

This strategic appointment comes three years after MAPP’s transition to become an Employee Ownership Trust and Louise Bonham’s appointment as CEO.

Tim joins MAPP with a clear alignment to the firm’s purpose and people-driven operational model and structure; his decision to join was also heavily influenced by MAPP’s focus on quality of delivery and its B Corp commitment to integrating social and environmental impact into every facet of the business.

As MAPP continues to evolve, Tim will leverage his extensive experience in business differentiation and corporate governance to steer and support the board and Louise as they ensure that MAPP continues to add maximum value to client portfolios, delight occupiers and provide a great place to work for employees.

"I have long admired MAPP’s distinctive and quality focused approach to the operation of property and, specifically, their clear operational commitment to values-led delivery. I look forward to supporting Louise and the team as we build on the strong and creative foundation laid by MAPP’s founder, Nigel Mapp.”
