MAPP signs partnership agreement with Oxford Properties to manage iconic London office assets

MAPP has won a mandate with Oxford Properties for two landmark office buildings in Central London, the Blue Fin Building in Southwark and MidCity Place in Holborn.

MAPP will be providing a holistic suite of property management services to optimise the value and operational efficiency of the buildings. Specialist teams will include occupier engagement and accounting, community building, ESG advisory, building consultancy and technology solutions which will come together to create an unparalleled service and experience for both landlord and occupiers.

The Blue Fin Building

The Blue Fin Building commands a prominent position on the Thames’ Southbank, sitting adjacent to the world renowned Tate Modern. The 500,000 sq ft building was designed by award-winning architects Allies and Morrison and can be identified by its facade of distinctive blue aluminium fins. It offers its occupiers a number of shared amenities on the upper floors, including a café, as well as conference/ entertaining facilities with full in-house catering and a 7,500 sq ft terrace with panoramic views of the London skyline.

MidCity Place

MidCity Place’s scale, quality and prominent position mark it as one of the most impressive office buildings in Midtown. The 350,000 sq ft building has a stylish, spacious reception leading up to ten floors of bright expansive workspace, set around a central atrium. With a contemporary design that favours open spaces, natural light and excellent facilities, MidCity Place has the wellbeing of its occupiers at the heart of its environment.
