The client required a robust solution to resolve the electrical instability and ensure the HV network could reliably support site operations without further interruptions to occupiers or critical infrastructure.
The MAPP approach
The Technical Services team coordinated with specialist HV contractors to undertake a full investigation of the network. Faults were identified across multiple points on the system, followed by targeted repairs, replacement works and necessary upgrades to improve overall resilience and stability of the infrastructure.
The impact
The HV network was successfully stabilised and brought back into reliable operation, restoring power continuity across the site. Critical systems and tenant operations returned to full functionality, with previously affected feeder pillars no longer experiencing nuisance tripping. The improvements significantly enhanced network resilience, reducing the risk of future unplanned outages and improving overall operational confidence for occupiers across the business park.
