Gresham St Paul’s is a 170,000 sq ft Grade A office development incorporating retail and amenity space. AFIAA and Stanhope appointed MAPP eight months prior to practical completion to shape a future-ready operational strategy.
The MAPP approach
MAPP supported the leasing process and collaborated with Optimised Energy and Cureoscity to enhance building systems. Improvements included a retrofit mobile access solution and integrated energy data systems to improve performance monitoring and occupier convenience.
The impact
The building launched with enhanced digital functionality, improved sustainability monitoring and streamlined access systems. MAPP continues to manage the asset, evolving its occupier experience and operational performance.
The team and I are extremely proud to have enhanced what was already an exceptional development with a strong roster of high‑profile tenants. Providing tenants with direct, real‑time visibility of their utility consumption has proven invaluable – both for generating actionable insights to reduce usage and for supporting robust ESG reporting. This level of transparency is something we now recommend implementing across all buildings.
