Mobilising an iconic office redevelopment
The Northcliffe
Northcliffe House, a Grade II listed building in Blackfriars, underwent refurbishment to add two new floors, extended terraces and modern office space. MAPP was appointed to lead mobilisation and prepare the asset for operational launch.
The MAPP approach
MAPP’s Consultancy and Mobilisation team provided early-stage operational advice, covering property management structures, digital connectivity, service partner procurement and future leasing alignment. Our input ensured the design supported long-term facilities management and occupier requirements from day one.
The impact
Practical completion was achieved in April 2023, with all operational elements fully mobilised. The building now blends heritage architecture with modern workplace amenities, positioned competitively within the London office market.
It was a pleasure to work collaboratively with the owner and their wider professional team to bring the asset to life. It is particularly rewarding to see The Northcliffe operating so successfully and attracting high-profile occupiers.
