MAPP strengthens senior leadership team with Senior Advisor appointment
MAPP has appointed Colin Wilson as Senior Advisor to the London business.
One of the most prominent names in the central London investment market, Colin has enjoyed a distinguished career with Cushman & Wakefield, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, including Chief Executive, EMEA and, prior to that, Head of the UK & Ireland. He joins MAPP to help further accelerate the evolution of its portfolio of clients across London.
Over the course of his career, Colin has advised some of the market’s leading investors and developers on the acquisition, management and disposal of assets, building an unrivalled understanding of the opportunities and challenges shaping the Central London market. In his role as Senior Advisor, Colin will work closely with the MAPP team to help identify opportunities in London, provide strategic insight and support the business as it continues to deliver the operational excellence and expertise that are hallmarks of MAPP’s approach.
Colin has also served on the Grants and Impact Committee for LandAid and is now a member of its Patrons Group. He is also on the Patrons Group for Real Estate Balance.

London continues to be a key strategic growth market for MAPP. In recent years, the firm has secured a series of prestigious new mandates to manage portfolios of London buildings and estates, with clients including Barings, Oxford Properties and London Bridge City.
MAPP further strengthened its Central London team earlier in 2026, appointing former Head of Property Management at The Shard, Kay Harvey, as Director, Surveying in Central London.
