MAPP wins mandate to manage One Crown Place, City of London mixed-use asset

MAPP has been appointed to manage the commercial element for One Crown Place, a landmark mixed-use destination just off Finsbury Square in the City of London. The appointment is on behalf of asset manager Green Place Partners and Malaysian investor MTD Group.

The asset comprises two newly constructed towers offering over a 100,000 sq ft of premium office space, complemented by three ground-floor retail units totalling 7,000 sq ft and 246 high quality residential apartments on the upper floors. Adjacent to the towers sits a self-contained 25,000 sq ft office building with shared amenities and, separately a five-star, 41-room boutique hotel operated by Bespoke Hotels. The asset is jointly managed by LRM who are responsible for the residential delivery.

Within MAPP’s remit, it will provide a comprehensive range of integrated management services – including facilities management, sustainability and occupier services – to maximise value, elevate occupier experience and ensure seamless daily operations across this mixed-use destination.

Central to MAPP’s approach is ‘operational harmony’, its one-team philosophy that brings together more than 40 specialist services into a cohesive platform. By tailoring its work to each client and occupier, MAPP ensures that no two management approaches are the same, reimagining how commercial property is run while aligning expertise and values into everyday operational excellence.

This approach will be applied at One Crown Place through a focus on repurposing the space to meet the growing demand for environments where people can live, work and unwind.

Designed by internationally acclaimed architects KPF, One Crown Place seamlessly brings together restored historic with contemporary architecture to create one of the City’s most distinctive mixed-use destinations. Situated moments from Broadgate, one of London’s most vibrant destinations for business, culture and hospitality, the development is surrounded by an exceptional mix of restaurants, retail, wellness amenities and outstanding transport connections.

MAPP currently operates around £30bn of commercial property across circa 1,000 buildings throughout the UK for a variety of funds, REITs and other real estate investors and landlords.

One Crown Place joins our diverse portfolio of mixed-use assets, including London Bridge City and Spitalfields. This appointment reflects MAPP’s expertise in delivering bespoke property management instructions that meet client needs, enhance occupier experience and drive operational efficiency across prime London mixed-use developments.
