A premium investor set out to establish a new benchmark for sustainable, high-performance office space through the redevelopment of 15 Fitzroy Street in London. Early-stage operational insight was required to inform design decisions, commissioning and a long-term property management strategy.
The MAPP approach
MAPP’s Consultancy and Mobilisation team was embedded at an early stage, providing operational real estate expertise throughout design development, commissioning and handover. The scheme achieved BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and WiredScore Platinum certifications, reflecting its sustainability and digital performance standards.
The impact
The building opened with fully integrated building systems, smart performance monitoring and an operational site team in place. Occupier experience, energy management and facilities management processes were embedded from day one, supporting long-term asset performance.
