AEW portfolio
MAPP began working with AEW in 2013 and now manages over 90 properties across its CORE+, REIT and UREF funds. The multi-sector portfolio includes office, industrial, retail and shopping centre assets. AEW required consistent communication and seamless service delivery at scale.
The MAPP approach
In 2024, we refreshed our client service principles, introducing single points of contact, transparent reporting and integrated specialist support across property management, facilities management and sustainability teams. This structure ensures consistency, clarity and responsiveness across the portfolio.
The impact
The portfolio benefits from strong occupier retention, minimal void periods and a flexible, performance-led management approach. We continue to collaborate closely with AEW on a continuous improvement basis to constantly refine service delivery and introduce innovation across its UK funds.
Through regular client meetings, feedback and interaction, we are able to offer an agile and responsive full spectrum property management service, which delivers proactive management in a rapidly changing environment.
