Occupier Engagement

Building occupier engagement at scale

Landmark, Barings

Landmark is a 180,000 sq ft multi-let office building with an existing but limited programme of occupier activity. Our client wanted to expand this into a more engaging, purposeful calendar that would encourage participation, build stronger occupier connections and give the building a clearer identity.

The MAPP approach

We worked closely with the on-site team to grow the engagement calendar into a large-scale, well-structured occupier planner, introducing a broader mix of social and experiential events. Flagship moments were developed to anchor the year and create excitement, supported by regular initiatives designed to drive ongoing engagement.

The impact

Landmark now benefits from a vibrant and well-attended programme of events throughout the year. The standout highlight is the annual Landmark Grand Prix, a full-day racing event using a giant Scalextric track, which has become a key fixture in the calendar. The expanded programme has significantly increased occupier engagement and helped position Landmark as a connected and dynamic place to work.

Successful occupier engagement is about creating moments that resonate. At Landmark, our focus has been on creating experiences that people genuinely want to be part of. By evolving the events programme and introducing standout moments throughout the year, we've helped establish a stronger identity for the building and drive sustained occupier engagement.
