MAPP has partnered with Schroders for more than 13 years, managing 51 assets across the SREIT and FWPUT funds, totalling 76.8 million sq ft of commercial real estate. The client required reliable property management combined with enhanced sustainability performance and occupier engagement.
The MAPP approach
We deliver core property management aligned to asset management plans and have been appointed to oversee sustainability strategy and occupier experience across the portfolio. Services include events programming, energy and ESG reporting, and acquisition due diligence support.
The impact
Service standards have improved while operational costs, including service charges, have been optimised. At City Tower alone, we deliver more than 30 occupier events each year, supporting Schroders’ ESG objectives, strengthening community engagement and improving tenant satisfaction.
Through close collaboration with the on-site and property management teams, we’ve delivered a consistent brand and occupier engagement programme that strengthens community and creates a more connected workplace experience at City Tower.
